This month we went to Black Rock Forest . The participants were Jay, Alvaro, Hans, Dasha, Thomas, David, and Me. After leaving from the Museum on Saturday morning we made our way to Cornwall, New York where we stayed overnight and engaged in different activities. | Hi YouthCaNers, At Black Rock Forest we did water testing. And I'll write the results. However, the results do not mean anything if there is no standard result to compare it. (for example, with dissolved oxygen 8 parts per million (ppm) is average while 4ppm is barely enough to keep the aquatic creature alive). I'm sure y'all read Wileyda's message about the fun we had turtle trapping at our last hike to Black Rock Forest. As you read, turtle trapping is done on a regular basis to check the turtles health and to see the rate of growth of turtles in the various ponds and lake found throughout Black Rock Forest.
