Project Description:
BEE HIVE AND FOREST CONSERVATION

This project deals with keeping bees and at the same time conserving the forest. The number of trees cut down will be reduced since the bees are protecting the area. In that way habitats of animals and plants are not destroyed.

Francis responds with more details:

Hello, Thanks for showing interest in my project. For now l don't know of any school in Ghana keeping bees. What l mean by the bees protect the forest is that, no one will like to be stung by bees so they wouldn't go that close to destroy or cut down the trees in the area. In that way, the forest is being conserved. And you know small animals live on the trees so their homes are also protected.

As the president of the wildlife club in my school and the vice-president of the greenearth club also in the school, I am now introducing this project to see how best we can conserve the small forest and trees in the school. l hope interested persons will help me with the idea l have. Thanks. Francis.

This project is appropriate for students age 15 through 25 years
